About the program

Colossal Employee Alerts is an internal text-message program run by Colossal Diamond Tools, LLC for its own employees only. It is not offered to customers or the public, and it contains no marketing.

What you will receive

Recurring automated work-related texts: customer account-status and payment-check reminders, collection follow-up tasks, operational notices, vehicle and task reminders, and system-error alerts. Message frequency varies (typically 5 to 25 messages per week).

How employees sign up (opt-in)

Joining is voluntary and is not a condition of employment. Employees can receive the same information by company email or the employee dashboard instead. Employees are told about the program by company email and on the employee dashboard (dashboard.cdtoolsllc.com), both of which link to this page.

To join, the employee texts the keyword START to (405) 972-8008 from their own mobile phone. This is the only way to join. The first text they receive is this confirmation:

"Colossal Employee Alerts (Colossal Diamond Tools): You're enrolled in recurring automated work alerts. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to cancel."

No program messages are sent before an employee texts START. Visiting this page or having a company phone does not enroll anyone.
