Stop wasting time swapping blades for difficult quartzite jobs.
The Vision XTREM Bridge Saw Blade is your all-in-one solution for high-volume daily production. Engineered for granite and quartz, it is powerful enough to slice through Tah Mahal in a single pass. Featuring QUADRIX technology, this blade delivers unmatched speed and precision with absolutely no dressing required after break-in period.
Key Technology & Benefits
- Quadrix Patterned Diamond Array: This technology ensures diamonds are consistently exposed for 100% cutting power. Unlike other blades the XTREM requires no dressing after the initial break-in.
- Versatile "No-Swap" Performance: High-volume shops, like Junior's, have saved significant production time by removing the need to swap blades between granite, engineered stone, and quartzite slabs. (See the video results below).
- Proven Speed: In real-world tests, fabricators like Vicente have pushed production imits. Using a BACA Robosaw equipped with a 16" XTREM blade, his shop reached cutting speeds of up to 200 feet per minute (See the video results below).
- Designed for Durability: Designed for the most demanding fabrication environments, the specific diamond arrangement reduces friction and hear, significantly increasing the blade's lifespan compared to traditional alternatives.

At Colossal Diamond Tools, we understand the rugged demands of a high-performance fab shop. Since May 2025, we have put the XTREM blade through rigorous testing with our VIP clients.
